Will a free pressure cooker tilt voters towards Akhilesh?

Samajwadi Party's election manifesto promises a pressure cooker, free of cost, for every poor woman in Uttar Pradesh if the government returns to power. Most have not even seen a pressure cooker in their lives but will these women fall for it and cast their votes for the Samajwadi Party?
