Nitish Kumar ended suspense over the political crisis in Bihar by resigning as the CM and leaving the Mahagathbandhan which includes Lalu Prasad Yadav’s Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Congress. He is now set to take oath as the Bihar CM for the ninth time with the support of BJP which announced the formation of a NDA government in the state. BJP will also get two Deputy CMs – Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Sinha – who were elected as party’s legislative leader and deputy legislative leader, respectively.
