Covid Flash: 43,733 new cases in 24 hours, recovery rate increases to 97.18%

India reported 43,733 fresh covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours. India’s active caseload declined to 4,59,920. A total of 36.13 crore vaccine doses have been administered so far. So far, 2,97,99,534 patients have recovered across the country. The weekly covid positivity rate is currently at 2.39% and daily positivity rate is at 2.29%, less than 3% for 16 consecutive days.
