Traffic cop slaps man in Shimla for allegedly violating Covid norms. Video of the incident was captured and authorities were alerted. Incident took place near the victory tunnel in Shimla, as per reports. Reportedly, the cops had asked a car to stop but the driver did not follow. Cops later chased the vehicle; men were seen arguing with cops. Cops can be seen slapping two youths standing outside the car.
