The high court has allowed the Kejriwal government to continue the odd-even rule to curb pollution till January 15. But, questions about its success remain. The petitioners say the rule is causing inconvenience to commuters. They also dismiss the government's claim that pollution levels has dropped by 50 percent since the rule came into effect on 1st January. In fact, they say pollution has only risen.
