The flavour of India's northern Amritsar's cuisine has come alive at a five star hotel's food festival in the capital city of New Delhi for which chefs were specially flown from dhabas or roadside eateries of northern Amritsar. The best part of the festival, that concludes on November 26, is that the ingredients have been brought from Amritsar to give the original flavour.
