Firefighters Battle Huge Blaze In Spain’s Valencia Region

Military firefighters and emergency crews are battling a major wildfire in Tuéjar, in Spain’s Valencia region, with flames spreading through forested land and vegetation. The blaze has affected hundreds of hectares, with the latest official estimates putting the area burned at around 690 hectares earlier on Wednesday. More than 200 personnel, along with aerial resources and the Military Emergency Unit (UME), have been deployed to contain the fire.
