World Cup dream is now closer, say French fans as Uruguay mourn

France supporters were left elated after their team beat Uruguay 2-0 to reach the World Cup semi-final, whilst the South Americans fans were left bitterly disappointed by the result and by their team's performance on Friday (6th July). The victory gave France a spot in the World Cup semi-finals. The 1998 champions will next face Belgium on Tuesday (10th July) in St. Petersburg. (Video: SNTV).
