In the video, the voice, identified as Noa Argamani, urged the Israeli people to stage protests in the streets of Tel Aviv for the release of hostages. Later, the Hostages and Missing Families Forum said that the images seen in the video featuring Argamani’s voice were believed by her family to be drawings made by Noa Argamani.
