Himachal Cloudburst: Flash Floods Fury Kills 11, 50 Missing; CM Pleads To Gods Amid Destruction

Nearly a dozen people have died and more than 50 remain missing after flash floods caused by a cloudburst wreaked havoc in Himachal Pradesh.
