Hollywood actor Steven Seagal, who serves as a Russian Foreign Ministry special representative, called Vladimir Putin his “biggest hero” while speaking at the International Youth Festival 2026. Seagal also praised Russia’s leadership and spoke about the conflicts involving Ukraine, Iran and Israel.
