Army Chief on CAA protests: ‘Leading people towards arson is not leadership’

Army Chief General Bipin Rawat has slammed anti-CAA protesters who indulged in violence & arson. He said that while leaders can emerge from crowds, those who lead people towards violence are not leaders in the true sense. He also slammed students of different universities for their protests. Several universities in India have witnessed massive protests over the Citizenship Amendment Act.
