Cabinet clears plan to send 3 Indians into space by 2022

The cabinet today approved plan to send indians to space. Three Indians will be sent to space by 2022. Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad approved the Rs 10,000-crore plan. The programme is named 'Gaganyaan' and is an indigenous human spaceflight programme. India will be the 4th country after USA, Russia, and China to send humans to space.
