Government: Petrol pumps will accept all cards

Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Petroleum and Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan on Monday asserted that all cards will be accepted at petrol pumps for making transactions and people need not panic. He added that banks and oil firms are in discussion to decide on who will bear the extra costs. Pradhan's remarks have come after petrol pump owners threatened to stop accepting cards.
