Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman unveiled 'Atmanirbhar 3.0', a 12 point new stimulus plan to boost the economy. Among the 12 measures are the Atmanirbhar Bharat Rozgar Yojana to incentivise the creation of new employment opportunities, relaxations in income-tax rules to push sale of primary residential units of up to Rs 2 crore value below circle rates, relaxation of Earnest Money Deposit.
