Rahul Gandhi takes a jibe at BJP’s ‘Main Bhi Chowkidar’ campaign

Countering the Bharatiya Janata Party's 'Main Bhi Chowkidar' campaign in the run up to the Lok Sabha elections, Congress President Rahul Gandhi asked 'For whom was Modi doing chowkidari?' at a rally in Karnataka's Kalaburagi. Yesterday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had attached the prefix 'chowkidar' to the name of his Twitter account in a bid to neutralise Congress' 'chowkidar chor hai' attack. Gandhi raised the issue of Vijay Mallya, Nirav Modi, Mehul Choksi and the Rafale fighter jet deal.
