‘Served BJP for 40 years’: Bengal leader unhappy after national team reshuffle

Bengal leader Rahul Sinha expressed unhappiness over BJP team reshuffle. Sinha said he served the BJP for 40 years and has to now step aside for a TMC leader. The BJP leader said he will wait for 10-12 days before announcing further action. Rahul said, “I have served BJP for 40 years and been a soldier of the party. This is my reward. I will have to make way for a TMC leader. There cannot be anything more unfortunate. I don't want to say anything beyond this. I don't want to comment either in favour or against the reward that my party gave me today. Whatever I want to tell I will tell that within the next 10-12 days.” BJP president JP Nadda announced a new team of party's national office bearers. Mukul Roy was named vice-president and Anupam Hazra Ex-TMC MP was named as secretary. About 60% of the team comprises new faces with more representation of women and OBCs.
