India and China have issues: S Jaishankar at HTLS 2018

Dr Huiyao Wang, the Founder of Centre for China and Globalization, former foreign secretary of India S Jaishankar and Professor Jean-Pierre Cabestan, Professor at Hong Kong Baptist University spoke on India-China relations on the second day of the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit 2018. S Jaishankar said the implications of rise of China is hugely underestimated and its impact is very profound. Professor Jean-Pierre Cabestan said that the relationship between India and China has been growing in the last 20 years.
