Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman tabled the Economic Survey in the Parliament. Speaking on the survey, Chief Economic Advisor, K Subramanian said that the India's economic growth was projected at 6 to 6.5% in the next fiscal. He said that the Indian economy has hit the bottom and it will see an uptick from here on. The CEA also said that wealth creation was the theme of the Economic Survey and added that both the Prime Minister and Finance Minister has stressed on the significance of wealth creations.
