India slams 'delirious' Pakistan as it blames Delhi for Islamabad blast even as Taliban claim credit

India has strongly rejected Pakistan's accusations of “Indian-sponsored terror” following the deadly suicide blast in Islamabad, calling the allegations “baseless, unfounded, and a predictable diversionary tactic”.
