66 eminent personalities honoured Civilian Padma Awards

President Pratibha Devisingh Patil, conferred the nation's civilian Padma awards for the year 2008, on 66 eminent personalities from various fields in New Delhi on Tuesday. Padma Vibhushan, the second highest civilian honour was awarded to four renowned persons for their commendable achievements.
