Alleged mastermind of Gynaeshwari derailment arrested

CBI arrested alleged mastermind of Gnaeshwari Express train derailment Manik Mahto on Thursday.Later, Mahato who was arrested with the aid of the state Police was produced before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Jhargram who granted 10 days police custody for him, turning down the plea of CBI for 14 days custody. The lawyer of CBI Partha Tapasi also mentioned that during the 10-days custody, the investigators would ascertain from him the names of other Maoist cadres who abetted the sinister design of derailing a super fast express train at the cost of 100 lives.
