Article 370 disadvantaged both J-K, India: BJP

After BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi said that debate should begin on the removal of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, BJP leader captain Abhimanyu said that the Article had only disadvantaged the state and the nation too.
