Azam Khan blasts IAS officer, calls him 'badtameez'

Urban development minister Mohd Azam Khan on Monday blasted an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer in Uttar Pradesh, who tried to explain to him why two other officers were not present at a meeting called by the minister.
