Bhagwat's remark wrongly interpreted: RSS

RSS Spokesperson, Ram Madhav today came out in support of Chief Mohan Bhagwat, who recently said that Bihar was ahead of Gujarat in terms of governance and development, saying that his remark had been wrongly interpreted.
