Travellers and commuters are facing problems in Gaya district of Bihar as public transport has been put on halt in the wake of the two-day shutdown called by Maoists. Meanwhile,Chhattisgarh Police claims to be ready to tackle any kind of situation. The Maoists have called for a 48-hour shutdown in Bihar, West Bengal, Jharkhand,Orissa and Chhattisgarh to protest against Union Government's decision to disinvest in some Public Sector Undertaking.
