BJP doesn’t need secularism certificate from Congress: Naqvi

Reacting to Uttar Pradesh's urban development minister Azam Khan's remarks that Manmohan Singh might repeat his 3rd term as PM, BJP spokesperson Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi took a dig at Congress saying that despite having a PM, it is unsure of their prime ministerial candidate for the 2014 Lok Sabha polls.
