BJP takes dig at 'underachiever' PM

Reacting to Time magazine's latest issue dubbing Prime Minister Manmohan Singh as an underachiever, Ravi Shankar Prasad, BJP spokesperson said that the reputed International magazine has just reflected the voice of the people of India.
