BJP welcomes Women's Reservation Bill

Bharatiya Janata Party hailed the Women's Reservation Bill to be tabled in Rajya Sabha on International Women's Day,8TH March,saying that it gave the party a sense of assurance by claiming it was BJP,which initiated the proposal of reservation for women at its Baroda convention.Meanwhile,Uma Bharti who after her expulsion from BJP floated Bharatiya Janshakti Party demanded reservation for the backward class and tribal women in the bill.
