Blame game continues as pol parties gear up polls

General Secretary of Congress party Rahul Gandhi addressed a public rally at Raipur in Chhattisgarh on Monday, ahead of the second phase of assembly polls. The second phase of the polling for 51 constituencies is scheduled for November 20. Addressing a well-attended rally in the state capital Gandhi blamed the state government for diverting people's attention from development to terrorism.
