Budget 2013-14: Clash of opinion between BJP, JD (U)

Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar has applauded P Chidambaram's budget, which resulted in a difference of opinion with the BJP. Reacting over the budget, BJP said that the budget would not benefit the common man.
