CBI to challenge Sajjan Kumar’s acquittal

The CBI is going to appeal against Sajjan Kumar's acquittal in a 1984 anti-Sikh riots case by a city court in the Delhi High Court. CBI believes that it has “strong grounds” which could form the basis of its petition.
