CBSE may issue notice to Ruchika’s school

India's Human Resource and Development Minister Kapil Sibal on Thursday said that the Central Board of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E.) should issue a notice to molestation victim Ruchika Girhotra's school for wrongfully expelling her. The notice will demand an explanation for expelling Ruchika, Sibal this at a conference on State Secretaries of School Education, in New Delhi.
