Centre presents guidelines to SC to curb acid sale

The Central government on Tuesday submitted a report on the steps it intended to take to ban the sale and purchase of acid in open market. According to the guidelines, no one will be able to purchase or even sell acid without submitting a photo ID. Acid attacks have increased in the country in the past few years.
