Chhattisgarh govt names two mediators

The Chhattisgarh government has named former chief secretaries of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, Nirmala Buch and SK Mishra, as mediators for the release of the kidnapped Sukma collector Alex Paul Menon.
