Cold wave pulls mercury below zero in Kullu

Cold wave has intensified in Kullu town and adjacent regions of Himachal Pradesh after the snowfall, which occurred on October 22. There has been a dip in the temperature due to which the locals are facing great difficulties. Also, the arterial roads leading to Kullu remained excluded for a few days due to which the normal life has been disturbed.
