Concerned India to send two emissaries to Sri Lanka

India on Thursday said it will send its Foreign Secretary Shivshankar Menon and National Security Adviser MK Narayanan to Sri Lanka where the military says more than 100,000 civilians have poured out of the battle zone since Monday when troops blasted through a massive earthen wall built by the Tigers.
