India's Foreign Minister S M Krishna said on Sunday that Pakistan was sending conflicting signals on punishing the perpetrators of last November's Mumbai terror attack. Addressing reporters on board on his way to New Delhi from Tokyo, Krishna criticised Islamabad for not taking concrete steps in the wake of a Pakistani court last month ordering the release from house arrest of Hafiz Mohammad Saeed, the founder of the Lashkar-e-Taiba.
