Congress defends Saket Bahuguna’s defeat

A Congress on the back foot appeared on the defensive as it was faced with the defeat of Saket Bahuguna, son of Uttarakhand chief minister Vijay Bahuguna, from the Garhwal Lok Sabha seat.
