Congress mum on EC brake to cash transfer scheme

The Congress party on Tuesday refused to comment on the Election Commission's order asking the UPA government to defer implementation of direct transfer scheme in four districts of Gujarat and two districts in Himachal Pradesh till polls end in both the states.
