Congress party's pangs with key allies in UP and Bihar

Chief of regional Samajwadi Party, Mulayam Singh Yadav on Tuesday said that his party was still ready to hold further talks with central main ruling Congress party on resolving seat sharing issues for the politically decisive Uttar Pradesh. Meanwhile, Congress conveyed its resentment as key regional allies Rashtriya Janata Dal and Lok Janshakti Party struck a seat sharing deal in Bihar, leaving Congress out in the cold.
