Country needs to revitalize its research centres: PM

Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Wednesday emphasized on the need to revitalize universities and research centers to be at par with rest of the world in terms of science and research. Inaugurating the international centre for material science of the Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research in Bengaluru, Singh added that India need to use resources at disposal to achieve excellence in science and research.
