Delays should not lead to panic before CWG: Sheila

Conceding that there have been delays prior to the upcoming Commonwealth Games, Delhi chief Sheila Dikshit said these should not lead to panic. She said this after a cabinet meeting at New Delhi on Friday and assured that the national capital would witness the best ever games.
