Delhi HC dismisses Kanimozhi, Sharad Kumar's bail pleas

Delhi High Court on Wednesday dismissed the bail plea of telecom scam accused and DMK leader M K Kanimozhi, citing prima facie evidence and her high political connections. The court also rejected the bail application of Kalaignar TV Managing Director Sharad Kumar. While talking to mediapersons, Kanimozhi's lawyer, R. Shanmugasundaram said they will move to Supreme court and expose CBI's 'double standard'. Meanwhile, R Krishnamurthi, an advocate of Supreme Court, welcomed the order and said that all the accused should get immediate punishment.
