Delhi receives heavy rains for second day

Incessant rains accompanied by strong winds lashed New Delhi for second consecutive day leading to water logging in many parts of the city. Mostly people stayed indoors and enjoyed the rain as it was Sunday with offices and schools closed, but the low-lying neighborhoods were inundated with heavy flow of water affecting the normal life.
