Democratic institutions assaulted by PM : Jaitley

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Arun Jaitley on Monday accused the UPA Government of shifting the blame to various state governments on the coal blocks allocation issue. He termed Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's statement on coal row as an assault on the nation's democratic institutions.
