Dense fog envelopes Delhi; disrupts traffic

Dense fog has enveloped the national capital thereby disrupting air and rail traffic and slowing down traffic on roads. The minimum temperature has been recorded at 8 degree Celsius and the Maximum temperature has been recorded at 23 degree Celsius.
