Does Tejpal accept he is Congress stooge: Goa CM

Reacting to allegations that the Goa BJP government was trying to influence the sexual assault case against former Tehelka editor-in-chief Tarun Tejpal, Goa CM Manohar Parrikar on Wednesday asked if Tejpal accepted he was a Congress stooge.
