Don't want Cong to interfere in our religious matters: Punjab CM

After the central government withdrew a notification, which was introduced in 2003 for preventing Sehajdhari or non-baptised Sikhs from voting in the Shiromani Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee (SGPC) elections, Punjab chief minister Prakash Singh Badal on Thursday warned Congress to keep their hands off the religious affairs of the Sikhs. Meanwhile, the withdrawal of the notification has drawn sharp reactions from various political parties.
