EC cracks the whip on Moily, issues a warning

Cracking the whip on union oil minister, Veerappa Moily following his announcement of increasing the cap on subsidised cooking gas cylinders from six to nine on December 11, the Election Commission on Wednesday warned Moily for making such policy change announcements when assembly elections are underway, primarily in Gujarat.
